For a wet room, those Wedi Fundo trays are the best. Once in place, with Wedi boards on the walls (though not in this particular case) and all the junctions well taped with Wedi tape, before setting tiles or whatever other fancy plaster you could have a shower without any spillage underfloor or through the walls.
It's light, easy to cut, so there. Free add for them.
Just a small view of what the floor looked like in the ensuite, dirty pale blue lino.
The part without lino is where the wall was moved back into the recess.
Clever Wedi drain...
Wooden floor nicely refitted
That's the wonder. Picture from the underside of the fundo tray.
It's now in place, and you can see the top of it, with its neat linear drain. The tray did not exactly fit the measurement of the room. So...
...an additional Wedi board was needed, and cut to measure on site.
All neatly positionned
Underfloor heating. It was a bit of a last minute picture before the last tile was installed.
Looks good
Making sure..
WOW !
The grey joint/sealant is drying nicely.
Note to self : maybe Lucian does not want this as it's not part of his process. TBA
